over 4,000 square feet of space and more equipment, so you can accomplish your fitness goals. Our class
schedule includes Yoga, spinning, strength training, Nia, and much more! See the schedule for details and

Take time to nourish your body and spirit during our First Annual Yoga Retreat. Enjoy yoga pracitice and
nutritional clinic on eating for you Dosha. Instructors will guide you through the day as you enjoy
relaxation and rejuvination, what a great way to begin your winter!

Located at 4786 East 2600 North, next door to our Adult Facility! The new location for our kid's program has
given us the space to expand our gymnastics program, as well as creating additional rooms for Pre-school and
childcare programs. We're excited to offer all of the programs from last year, with additional programs
including Karate, Spanish, Theater, and Ski Care!

Every Tuesday from 4pm to 5:30 pm for six weeks, HAK will be offering an introduction to theater, taught by
Nicki Spallino. She brings creativity and experience to the program as she introduces participatns to
theatric principals and performance. There will be a performance at the end of the 6 week program.
$50 + $10 supply fee. Limited Spaces, call today to register!

Spanish will be offered Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:30 8:30 am. This fun and interactive, before-school
program, will introduce participants to the language through games, art, exercise, and more. Instructor,
Lorena Laser, brings extensive experience to the classroom with over 10 years of teaching individuals
of all ages.
